Hi. I’m Will Nesbitt and I appreciate 22304 in the City of Alexandria. If you want to work with a local, you should know that I was born in Fairfax. I raised my family in Fairfax County. I live in Alexandria VA and I love working in Northern VA.
There are several elements a buyer might appreciate a residence like 309 Yoakum Pkwy #805 in Northern Virginia.

However, this article isn’t about this traditionals-style in 22304. 309 Yoakum Pkwy #805 is interesting, yes, but what I want to write about is why I appreciate Alexandria. Here’s some things:
- Alexandria is home to hundreds of outstanding restaurants from a myriad of cuisines from around the world.
- I like American history and like Alexandria’s many connections to our nation’s history. Alexandria was a vital seaport during colonial days. Until the Civil War, Alexandria was part of Washington. And we’ve had our share of historic luminaries from Thomas Jefferson entertaining guests at Gadsby’s Tavern; to Robert E. Lee’s childhood home to George Washington at Mount Vernon.
- The Blue Line Metro starts in Franconia/Springfield and then come through West End Alexandria and through Old Town taking commuters to Arlington or into D.C..
- There are a lot of excellent parks found in Alexandria. Fort Ward Park,Beach Park,Fort Williams Park, and Bucknell Manor Park, come to mind.
