If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Clear Brook.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Clear Brook we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
