We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Shenandoah County.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Shenandoah County we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
