If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Shenandoah County.
The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Shenandoah County we can nail down the actual value of your home.
