If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Flint Hill.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Flint Hill we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
