If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Harrisonburg.
The Realtor will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Harrisonburg we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment.
