When you're buying, can you get the home that you want but—at the same time—treat the seller as you would want to be treated?
I believe it's a good idea to practice the Golden Rule in all aspects of life.
But how does that apply to purchasing real estate in Great Falls?
It doesn't mean that you need to be stupid. It doesn't mean a seller in 22066 doesn't expect you the purchaser to pursue tough negotiations. But it does mean that:
We never would consider putting offers on more than one property at the same time. (Assuming the buyer client can only afford to buy one property.) We want to act honorably and honestly in all our actions. We never want to argue or yell. If there is no possibility for agreement, it's time to move on—without hurt feelings.
If you're houses spending $1,249,000 and you're houses property in Fairfax County, here are a few of my recommendations.
Did you know that Nesbitt Realty will match any offer by any Realtor in Northern Virginia?
