As a buyer, does it make good business sense to love the seller?
The Golden Rule for Realtors is to treat others with respect both in your business, as well as in your life, to be kind, professional and pro-actively honest.
When you're purchasing real estate, should you care about a seller?
It doesn't mean that you need to be stupid. It doesn't mean you should settle for a high-rise condo. But it does mean that:
We never would consider putting offers on more than one property at the same time. (Assuming the buyer can only afford to buy one property.)
Each day, I check the MLS to see what is listed for sale. Here's what I found intriguing today.
I enjoy what I do because I’m good at what I do. Contact us at (703)765-0300 to speak to a real estate agent that cares about your needs.
