If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Bush Hill Woods.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Bush Hill Woods we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
