This is about why I love Springfield. Here's a couple of features:
  1. Springfield sports fans are close to the stadiums and venues of several professional sports teams. The Washington Redskins, the Washington Wizards, the Washington Capitals, the Washington Nationals and DC United all play close to Springfield, Virginia.
  2. Because Springfield is just outside of the Beltway, that means that residents here have easier access to larger retailers and shopping at places like Mosaic District. Potomac Mills is also close by.
  3. Fairfax County has some of the best public schools in the national capital region, and in the country. Both Saratoga Elementary School and Key Middle School serve students in Springfield.
