Springfield's location near the Beltway means that residents are about a 20 minute drive from the many assets, amenities and cultural advantages of the metropolitan area.
Springfield is a place where it's easy find a quiet curbed street. Walkers, joggers and bikers will find ample trails to explore and enjoy.
Springfield has lots of little neighborhood shopping centers so that no matter where you live you have easy access to the basics of life.
Because Springfield is just outside of the Beltway, that means that residents here have easier access to larger retailers and shopping at places like Potomac Mills.
Will is the principal broker of Nesbitt Realty and Condo Alexandria. He is licensed in anywhere in the Commonwealth of Virginia, but focuses on those communities found in and around Alexandria, Arlington, Mount Vernon and Springfield/Franconia.
