In 22101, What Happens If You Love The Seller?

When you’re pondering 2-bedroom 2-baths properties in 22101 in Fairfax County, should you as a purchaser pause to consider the transaction from the seller’s point of view?

We’re all familiar with the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” I try to live by this maxim. But how does that apply to buying real estate in 22101 in McLean? It doesn’t mean that you’re expected to pay more than a home like 1450 Emerson Ave #506 is worth. It doesn’t mean that you have to be a chump. But it does mean that:

We respect deadlines. We are punctual. We let the seller know when we will and won’t inspect the property. We never make promises we don’t intend to keep.

Some may call me old fashioned, but I believe in the Golden Rule. Each day, I check the MLS to see what is listed for sale. Here’s what I found interesting today.
