Do Nice Guys Finish Last In Fairfax County Real Estate?

When you're shopping 3-bedroom townhouses in 22031, should you as a buyer pause to consider the Golden Rule? Photo of 3684 Persimmon Cir We’re all familiar with the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” I try to live by this maxim. But is there a limit to what you should do for a seller? It doesn't mean that you have to buy 3-bedroom home when you need one more bedroom. It doesn't mean that you're expected to pay more than a property like 3684 Persimmon Cir is worth. But it does mean that: We investigate before we buy and whenever possible before we even make an offer. We don't hang up on people. We pick up when we can. If we miss a call, we return a call.  In other words, nice guys don't finish last.
