We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Warren County.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Warren County we can help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
