If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Warren County.
The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Warren County we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
