If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Arlington.
The property manager will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental.
