If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Arlington.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property.
