If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Arlington.
The property manager will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Arlington we will best know the market value of your property.
