We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Arlington.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Arlington we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
