If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home.
