If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
