We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
