If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
