We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
