If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
