We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
