The City of Alexandria is set to become the home of a new apartment community.
The new $200 million mixed use apartment community called Array at West Alex will feature retail space including a Harris Teeter supermarket, a Silver Diner restaurant, a nail salon and a Montessori School. The apartment which will be located on Berkeley Street near the intersection of King and Beauregard streets will open to residents on December 1st 2019. Array at West Alex offers 278 apartments ranging from studios to two bedrooms with open kitchens and onsite amenities such as lobby lounge with fireplace and billiards, a fitness center and yoga room, a resort style deck and water feature, a dog run and pet spa. Commuters living at Array at West Alex can access public bus stops via Metrobus, DASH or BRT Stops.
