I can think of quite collected reasons to appreciate Burke. Here are some of those facets.
  1. Burke Lake Park has an ice cream store, mini-train station and a merry-go-round. Take the whole family!
  2. If you are a golf-lover, why not try the Burke Lake Golf Course? It is one of the most famous in Burke.
  3. Burke offers several hiking options that are in close proximity to one another. Burke Lake Park has several paths around the lake, or you can try Pohick Stream Valley Trail, Mason Neck Park, or Fountainhead Regional Park.
