- A tenant doesn't gripe when it's not appropriate. This means that a renter doesn't ask to upgrade functioning systems. A renter doesn't expect more than the lease provides. A renter doesn't complain that an appliance doesn't work when the tenant doesn't know how to operate the appliance.
- A tenant does not smoke in the home.
- A renter is looking for a lease that is as long as the property owner wants to rent the rental.
So this is what we're looking for in a renter, but how do we find renters who measure up to this standard? Experience has taught us that unreasonable tenants can appear as polite, nicely-dress, well educated people with jobs. We have a knack for sniffing out bad renters.
Our Five Step Process
Fair Housing Laws and our conscience dictates that we do not judge potential tenants in Canterbury_Square based upon appearance. Experience has taught us that appearances can be very decieving. We do however judge applicants based upon their reputation and their actions. If a applicant is rude to our managers at the outset, they will probably be trying as tenants. If a makes false statements, we can expect them to be unreliable as a tenant.
