If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Turnberry.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Turnberry we will best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
