Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Turnberry.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Turnberry we can best know the actual value of your home.
