If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Olde_Towne_South.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Olde_Towne_South we can help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
