If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Olde_towne_south.

The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Olde_towne_south we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
