If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Founders_walk.

The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Founders_walk we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
