During the lease term in Founders_walk

During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in Founders_walk, the renter must allow us to enter the rental home. Some justifiable reasons to come into rental are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Make repairs or decorate,
  • Provide necessary services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain tenant consent prior to coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Founders_walk. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
