Tyrol Hill Park is a two-acre park adjoining the Forest Glen and Arlington Mill Neighborhoods, with connections branching out into the nature trails of Glencarlyn Park.

My daughter and I had a free Saturday afternoon recently so we decided to check out this park. Tyrol Hill Park is a fairly older one though it recently went through some renovations.
The park, which is located at 5100 7th Rd S in South Arlington features a playground for kids above the age of 2, a drinking fountain, two picnic shelters with tables and charcoal grills, a basketball court, a sand tennis court, a path and connections to nature trails of Glencarlyn Path.
The playground consisted of a play structure with slides, monkey bars, bouncy bridge, and a fireman pole. There is also a merry-go-round that my girl enjoyed, two swings, and a sandbox.
