The Oronoco Bay Park, formerly known as Texaco Bay, is a 4.5 acre park located in Alexandria, Virginia. It is specifically located at 701 North Lee Street, on the Potomac River. Around the 1980s, the park was acquired by the city and the named was changed from Texaco Bay to Oronoco Bay Park.
A wooden boardwalk connects the bay and river to the near Rowing Facility building. Anyone can enjoy the scenery from the allotted sitting and picnic areas. Visitors of the park can jog, walk, or bike along the river's path. Aside from being a public park, the Oronoco Bay Park also accepts private events held at the park.
