The application is accompanied by supporting documentation so that Nesbitt Realty can verify and examine all information included on the application. The prospective renter pays for the cost of the background check at the time of application.

If accepted, the applicant’s in-processing includes a lease, lease signing, collecting pro-rated rent, and providing the renter with a copy of any association documents needed for disclosure and instruction on rules and regulations associated with the rental townhouse and community.
