Proposal For New Cat Cafe And Wine Bar Approved By Alexandria’s Planning Commission.

  .00 City officials has approved the proposal for the development of a new cat cafe and wine bar in Old Town Alexandria. The new one of a kind Mount Purrnon Cafe and Wine Bar will be located at the former home of Sand and Steel Fitness at 109 South Alfred Street in Old Town.
