If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Potomac_club_ii.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Potomac_club_ii we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
