During the lease term in Potomac_club_ii

During lease, the rental belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental in Potomac_club_ii, the renter must allow us to go into the rental property. Some justifiable reasons to enter rental home are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or improvements,
  • Supply necessary services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to entering the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Potomac_club_ii. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
