We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Forest Edge.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Forest Edge we can best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
