We don't just find tenants. We find great tenants.
The key to good rental management is great tenants. Nesbitt Realty seldom has problems with renters that we find.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with troublesome renters because we've inherited issues from landlords who selected their own tenants, or from property owners who have brought us tenants from other property managers.
The key to discovering a great renter is starting with an understanding of the standards that make up the ideal
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Forest Edge.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Forest Edge we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
