We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Stanley.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Stanley we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
