If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Ridge_top.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Ridge_top we will best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
