During the lease term in Ridge_top

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental in Ridge_top, the renter must allow us to enter the rental. Some valid reasons to come into rental property are to:

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Ridge_top.
