Do you need a tenant for a rental in Navy?

We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.

The key to great rental management is good tenants. Nesbitt Realty seldom has problems with tenants that we identify.

Nesbitt Realty has experience with unreasonable renters because we've inherited difficulties from real estate investors who found their own tenants, or from real estate investors who have brought us tenants from other property management companies.

The key to leasing to a great renter is starting with an understanding of the standards that make up the ideal

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.

If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Navy.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Navy we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.

Do you already have a renter?

Many of our new rentals in Navy have renters in place. If so, great we're happy to acclimate your renter into our system.

If you're curious about our process for transitioning a tenant to our rental management system we're eager to explain what we do.
