During the lease term in Navy

During lease, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental home, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental home in Navy, the renter must allow us to access the rental property. Some solid reasons to access rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Perform maintenance or alterations,
  • Provide required services, or
  • Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Navy. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
