If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Castle_Branch.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Castle_Branch we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
