During the lease term in Castle_branch

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental property in Castle_branch, the renter must allow us to access the rental property. Some solid reasons to enter rental are to:

- Supply agreed services, or
- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent before coming into the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Castle_branch. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
