If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Colvins Glen.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Colvins Glen we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
