If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Mercer.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Mercer we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
