If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Mercer.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Mercer we can help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
