If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Hunters_Woods_Village.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Hunters_Woods_Village we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
