If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Hunters_woods_village.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Hunters_woods_village we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
