If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Oak_Hill.

The property manager will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Oak_Hill we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
