If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Clifton Ridge.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Clifton Ridge we can nail down the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
