If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Woodgate_Crossing.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Woodgate_Crossing we will best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
